Transfiguration

Turning green again

Turning toward the teacher

Turning toward the breast

Instinct

Nurturance

Learning

Remembering

The seed needs to be planted

We ground in fertile, rich

Dark soil, the stem growing

Pushing up, flowing up

Toward the light

Plants, animals, fish, birds and we

Know how to grow even when

Tragedy strikes

We migrate, we stand tall

We fall down to our knees

A sudden brightness appears

Transfiguration

The sun, rain, breezes

Plants, trees, and the mycelium network

Support our journeys

All we experience affects us and how

We move toward blooming and feeling

Our blooms sometimes blocked

For a time

A second blooming can occur

And then, when our growing season is done

Our leaves, petals or fruit fall to the ground

Not in sorrow but just because

We may hibernate during the dark winters

Then later on, feel the tug to grow again

When Mother Earth and the Great Mystery

Tell us it is time

Blessed Be!

We gather together in community in order to deepen our connections to ourselves, to Spirit, and to each other. We meditate together in reflective contemplation, opening up channels within our bodies to embody Grace more fully in our every day lives. Letting go of the past and the future, living in the present, and sharing ourselves with all living beings.

Cosmic Mystical Evolution

The term, "Cosmic Mystical Evolution” is a mouthful, even if intriguing. A mouthful of what? Not just concepts and theory, I hope. Nor just sterile science. Imagine entering into a fully embodied experience of being in the space of the Cosmic, the Great Beyond, and the Mystical, growing there, sprouting and blooming! Sounds yummy and juicy to me.

To me, Cosmic Mysticism is evolutionary, growing, developing and maturing over time, becoming initiated into realizing how we are not just human but also divine beings.

To me, Cosmic Mysticism is about Connection. Connection with a Divine Source or The Great Mystery, or whatever name people like to use for the All-Knowing, the Spirit, the Divine Intelligence. Connection means to engage with, to link to, to know deeply and to experience a sharing between. Between myself and my body, between me and you, between me and the planet, between me and the Divine Community of spirits or souls. A knowing both inside and outside and throughout.

I might like to call myself a Cosmic Mystic. Is that a witch with warts on her nose, a prankster or trickster, a hypocrite or a shyster, or even a liar? Or, maybe I am someone who has always been curious about what life means, what death brings, what Spirit sings, what the soul represents, and how we all function as best we can together while being human along with other living beings on this planet, Mother Earth, and, beyond.

I have been a seeker, a searcher, an explorer and adventurer into what I now call the Wonder. I do believe in miracles, revelations and epiphanies, and that we can all experience some level of these encounters, or rather interactions with the Ecstatic. I myself have found much amazing Grace to behold and to become at one with, at times.

I wonder if we are part of the Divine or is the Divine inside of us? Is there a sharing between our bodies, our souls, our minds and hearts, and Universal Intelligence? Maybe the Divine is bubbling around inside us like blood, nourishing us, treating our diseases, releasing itself from us at times, pouring out into the world. Or, if outside of us, then maybe a Divine Mother with generous breasts who feeds us until we are fully sated.

One friend likes to consider the Divine imaginatively like an Octopus, and the head is the Wise One, the ‘god/dess’ part, so to speak. We might each be a tentacle with our own personalities, families, struggles, gifts, talents, feelings, bodies, and thoughts. If we see ourselves as part of a whole Being then, maybe we can stop fighting with each other, raping (even our planet), harming each other in all sorts of ways, and stealing from each other to provide for our loved ones. Maybe we can try to work better together for the good of all. If one of the Octopus’ tentacles gets chopped off, does the whole organism die or does the tentacle regrow like a lizard’s tail? Maybe we can help heal, at least, the wound.

Or, if we imagine a tree being a god/dess, then we can be the trunk, the roots, the branches and leaves. We can even blossom into flowers and become fruit on the tree. We can also die off, fluttering to the ground as leaves or petals, and maybe get reborn next year.

Is there really just one Deity or are there so many we can’t even count them, much less name them all by culture and language? We can worship and be amazed by Mother Nature in all her beauty and destruction, Gaia, with a bit Kali living inside her. Maybe we can imagine a collaborative community of souls, spirit beings and living beings on our planet. And, if so, why not expand our beliefs, connections and curiosity to not just this universe but to all known and unknown galaxies, moving our visions, experiences, and imaginations out into the cosmos?

We can worship politics or astrology, poetry or prose, sports, substances, or people, but what in the heck does worship mean anyway? Maybe worship is to what or whom we devote our energies, money, and time.

We can live in community or mostly alone, and we as human beings are all dependent on other people and systems for the food we eat, the love we feel, the water we drink. We have those who educate us, fix our cars, operate surgically on our bodies, pick up our garbage, and teach our children. We support each other in our communities as we enjoy some parts of life, whether they be concerts, dancing together, chanting, fundraising, or moaning in sorrow at our losses, grieving together.

Cosmic Mystical Evolution is then not only a devotional space for us and the Divine, but a place, an energy-filled community where we can collaborate with others, sharing space as living beings while hopefully enjoying life and becoming more conscious of ourselves, our patterns, our styles, and how we manage conflict, while being devoted both to ourselves and to each other.

If we draw down energy from the heavens or up from Mother Earth, or from deep within, if we seek other humans to share our energies physically and emotionally, if we reach up to the stars, the sun, the moon and other galaxies to find the Truth, or to experience many truths, then we can delight in noticing the energies, quantum particles, and waves flowing all around us and inside us, all of the time. Yes, most of us still have to go to work, obtain money in order to live, to share, and to take care of our basic living needs. Mindfully, we might hope.

We can also resist being a part of any kind of wacky evolutionary movement and follow our own singular paths, believing and having faith in what we have learned throughout our lives, taught by our families and religious institutions - because don’t you know, it just feels safer that way. We all like and need some concrete rules, rituals, and practices at times. They can help us live more certainly in this uncertain world. And, uncertainty can drive some of us crazy or scare us to death.

Throughout time, humans have gone through chaos, fear, and confusion, all the tragedies and traumas that we hear about and see every day (and that we also participate in, some way or another). We do not deny that some experiences seem to be full of evil or demonic forces.

My preacher father used to tell me that evil is not just a force or energy naturally present into the world. That it is inside us, in people (and we are pretty natural, too, I would add). That we act in what some would call "evil" ways for so many kinds of reasons, too many to count. And, that we are human beings who hurt each other (and sometimes ourselves), even when not intending to do so. Evil may not exist outside of us but many of us exhibit evil-like behaviors at some points in time, depending upon the circumstances. If our family is starving, we may kill to eat.

We may also attack others because they are so different from us and because they scare us, or because we don’t understand them and may not really want to spend the time and energy getting to know them, or be around them. Attacks, intimidation, bullying, and threats, like what we see from our current U.S. Administration, are not healthy actions or responses. Our roles are to seek change regarding the people who have the power to enact danger and violence, whether by deporting people without due process, or depleting the money we have earned over time.

I don't see natural disasters as evil, like hurricanes that devastate humans, other living beings, land, and rivers. Nor do I see evil when wildfires burst forth, or when volcanoes erupt, as damaging as they can be.

My quest continues to be grounded and centered in living moment by moment in the present, whenever possible, sometimes enjoying the stimulation of the world and its beings, and sometimes needing to take a breath and hide out by myself for awhile. My passion is in connecting with living beings (and myself), those I can see and witness with my Western mind, and those other beings that I can experience in all sorts of ways - in order for me to feel and explore what is happening around me, inside me, and in the cosmos.

What are your passions and hopes? What brings you support and magic into your every day life? What helps you when conflicts arise as they always do?

Let’s all keep evolving, co-creating our own transformations, revolutions and communities wrapped within values like love, open hearts, and compassion for the spiritual benefit of all beings on our earth and throughout the cosmos. And, so it is.

Becoming a Cosmic Mystic

I make no claims regarding an exact recipe or steps to becoming a Cosmic Mystic. We are all so unique that no one set of processes or procedures would work for each one of us.

I can, however, tell you how I began becoming a Cosmic Mystic. What a wonderful and wild ride through life!

First, you have to be visited. How do you get visited? In all sorts of ways, probably. Let me explain.Without going into much personal family history and stories about my life, I will describe to you the highlights of how I got to where I am now and why the label, “Cosmic Mystic,” appeals to me. I didn’t know about this possibility earlier in life, and I am certain that I needed to do everything that I did to grow over time into this state of being.

How to be visited is a winding, sometimes turbulent path. And, sometimes not. Some people have spontaneous experiences of the mystical, particularly in childhood. What I mean by the word "mystical" is a direct experience with what may be perceived as divinity of some sort, a spiritual awakening experience. Some people may never assign the words, “spiritual, mystical or sacred” to such an experience, and that’s just fine.

I may have always known at some level that I had not only a personality and a biological body but also some sort of soul or spirit or divine energy that I talked to and listened to but I wasn't conscious about it very often. Having been raised in the Deep South in a religious family did not give me the words that I grew into. I learned about God and Jesus and the Trinity, but very little about Mary or Mary Magdalene because the patriarchal Bible was written and edited by men, not publishing women’s theological stories. That discussion is for another time though I will say that getting to know Mary, Mary Magdalene, and so many other feminine saints, goddesses, and witches has assisted me with my current ideas about the Divine.

Struggling to grow up with so many “shoulds” and training about how I should be acting, much less feeling and thinking, I shaped and molded myself into a pretty good product of my time even though unconsciously codependent, mostly trying to please and help, without knowing why…  I was always someone who was serious and loved to learn although I was also playful, energetic and enthusiastic, while at times I was told to calm down or squash some of my animation. I worked hard for approval and attention (ie. love) and got it some of the time.

This type of growing up worked pretty well for me, and I had some good defenses and coping skills that helped me deal with (or not deal with) struggles and distress. Except that I didn’t really know how to get along in a primary intimate relationship very well until what I call my late adolescence (mid-30's) when everyone else seemed to be getting married much earlier. I had had several so-called “intimate” relationships with partners throughout the years but it took me a long while to run into a partner who fit well enough for me. Having a child also helped me learn so much about attachment and detachment, intimacy, pain, suffering, and joy.

Not one who suffered a lot of complex trauma, I identified over time with the idea of neglect even though I had pretty wonderful parents who were usually doing the best they could with our family situation. I was lucky and blessed to be born into this family that nested me and supported me in becoming a successful, mostly good person. Always had shadows though, as do we all.

Only when a few tragedies and major losses began to occur did I get propelled as an older adult into the spiritual, the mystical, and the quantum field of not just this three dimensional reality but into so many other dimensions, times and spaces. The pandemic helped with that, too. I decided to slow down my life a bit, take some time away from working since I could retire, and begin to listen better and see more clearly, sometimes stunned at and amazed by what I heard and saw, validating many of my beliefs and values. Like, we are all part of a whole, connected to each other, and what happens to one happens to us all, metaphorically and figuratively speaking. Sometimes, physically, too.

My life included being a psychotherapist for over 30 years, working with people in distress, participating in all sorts of psychotherapy practices and alternative therapies as a client myself, setting up a context for a gentle and gradual explosion of awakening, becoming more aware about enlightenment and about so many realms and realities around us and inside us all of the time.

I did not see any UFO or UAP’s, nor did I get abducted, I did not join a cult with a magnificent guru, but I did participate quite frequently with groups of women (and some men) in person and online, people who became my tribe, who were also experiencing human life and Spirit in deeply personal, intimate ways. Direct experience with the Divine may happen at any point, I suppose. All I know is that in my life, it took almost 70 years and slowing down enough to find the time and space to journey within and outside of myself at a very vulnerable, intimate and lovely level. The sacramental use of plants and molecules also helped me to explore.

I began having visitations by what I call spirit beings, goddesses, elemental energies, trees, and animals while developing and deepening my connection with Mother Nature, Mother Earth, and so many other mystics and spiritual masters. One important book was The Sophia Code, whose author had channeled this book, and developed a wide-ranging set of programs and communities: Kaia Ra. Another mystic and teacher has been Rebecca Campbell whose international fame comes from her working with people and sharing herself and her mystical skills in a  commercially public manner over time.

Then, as I began joining communities of women on retreats on a beautiful beach mostly facilitated by Tammy Roth, PhD, my quest, curiosity and enjoyment of life developed further, turning me onto the quantum world through family constellations and astrology, guided mediations, and so much more. Richard Rudd and his book, The Gene Keys, and many of his programs also assisted me in my growth. Many other mentors, trainers, facilitators and friends have also supported this transformation into a more grounded, centered human being than ever before, and more connected with the Divine.

A year or so ago, I found a spiritual counselor which I never had been open to in past years. She contributed a great deal to my recognizing my core wounds, how to feel them and think about them - and how to shed some of my many skins, “defenses,” coping skills and barriers to opening up, to release and surrender even more of my long term conditioned patterns that helped me survive so “successfully” in the past. Once I could release some of these beliefs and parts of myself that no longer served me (or which weren’t mine to begin with), I could burrow down into myself and into Spirit. The visitations became more frequent.

I also began, after several years of using a Chinese medicine doctor who helped to open up my chi through meridians and such while helping my body heal, to find and use an Energy Healer, who is amazing. Energy is what we are, what the world is, what the universe and the cosmos is. Getting to notice, know, and play with energy is part of being human and getting healthier.

The day after one of my recent energy healing sessions I practiced a deep meditative method I sometimes use, and toward the end of that experience, I heard a voice, naming herself with one syllable that I couldn’t quite understand for a week. Turns out that when I was 1 - 2 yrs old, my mother hired a woman for only a couple of hours per week to help her with ironing. That was in the early 1950’s when many women tended to do everything for their families, including cooking, cleaning, loving, managing and handling everything about the house while supporting her husband and his career. When this woman came to iron, my maternal grandmother and mother laughingly told me, that I would chatter and babble to her, and she would say one of these syllables I heard after my meditation, as feedback to me as if she was truly listening and interpreting this young child’s pseudo-words. I think I remember the story partly because this must have been a wonderful resource for me at the time when my mother was so busy (as she always was) taking care of 3 kids, one of whom had heart issues. This woman who sat ironing listened to me, or seemed to, and murmured reassuring words of interest and fascination in what I was saying. What a delight for a young child starved for attention and nurturance!

My experience is that this voice came to me as a Spirit Being illustrating how she and other spirit beings have been there all along, even in human forms. When seemingly small things happen to each of us in our lifetimes, they can help change our lives, and we might call them spirit beings. They have helped steer us toward growth, guide us even when we are unconscious about their participation (and we usually are), when we are at a crossroads, or just when living our regular lives as human beings.

So then, why add the "Cosmic" to this "Mystic" word? Because I believe that we have eternal souls and that we may live many lifetimes. That we are all here to learn about human life and to support each other and ourselves, to become better and more healthy human beings.  And, that in our growth toward that better health, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, we are also here to share with others who on their own paths.  And, perhaps help them as well.

That in community, we can learn to be our best selves, assisting humanity in transitioning out of old, long term patriarchal patterns to a better system where the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine (and every other gender as well) are all parts of our systems of being born, living, growing, healing, and dying as physical bodies. Living within a stream of soul consciousness, inspiring us and supporting us cosmically, spiritually and for the benefit of all beings. That there is a Collective Consciousness that we often dip into and hopefully share.

Perhaps you have experienced visitations, too? Maybe you have had a conversation with a cat or a star, a flower or a tree, or an experience of deep connection or just feeling ecstatic without knowing why, resonating in deep understanding, listening to and seeing the symbolic and spiritual as a foreground and focal point in our lives.

However you learn and grow from such visitations, I hope that you will develop and deepen your own ways of listening to and/or worshipping whatever Divine beings you know and are open to knowing. Our lives change when this happens, becoming easier, so much less stressful, more peaceful and soothing - allowing us to be and act more loving and compassionate with all beings. Once we know this, life goes forward, and transformation, rebirth, and ecstasy are available more of the time. I invite you to witness and explore your own cosmic mysticism.

A Request

Help me remember how and why

I became who I am before I got here

Help me know that it is now time

To move on, without too much fear

Assist me in understanding myself

And how I became who I have become

Allow me to surrender my childish ways so

That I continue to be reborn into my new life here

Thank you, thank you, thank you

Glory, Glory

When I sit upon the hill gazing at the stars and the moon

Know that I am putting my mind aside for awhile

I am opening up to the possibility of you

And my growing trust in you and your ways

“Be not afraid,” I hear from you over and over again

“I am always with you, Turn around, see me, feel me, touch me”

Golden, warm honey pours down all over me

My heart and body are soothed and calmed by your presence

“Grace, Grace, Grace, Grace,” the Sacred Spirits sing within me

“May you be blessed and forgiven for having feelings of guilt”

“All humans make mistakes and act strangely sometimes

But,  you are as innocent as a child

You learned to survive in ways that you needed to then

You can look back and feel no need to continue to use those same

Techniques and patterns, because you no longer have need of them”

I sit, partly puzzled and partly ecstatic at such an idea of no longer

Feeling guilty about the past knowing  I am just a human

Who now has a chance at a new life

Glory, Glory

Whining

Mamma Earth, Mother Nature, all planetary beings and earth beings

I have wished you no harm, but I have inflicted damage upon you without intention or knowledge

At first, and then I continued to smatter destruction all around you and on you

In denial and absurdity, though I partially knew what I was doing

How do I change my being a human being cruel to you, Oh, Mamma

Tell me how to change so that we can both thrive and become one

I hear from Mamma, “We are one, no need to become. I am you

And you are me, and what you do to me, you do to yourself”

“Then change my ways for me!” I moan whining and sorrowful

“Not my job,” she answers, and I see a dim light beginning to shine brightly

I know that in order to bless my Mamma, I need to also receive her blessings

I know that I cannot live perfectly but I strive to be kind and compassionate

“Wonder when compassion doesn’t come easily or naturally?“ she whispers

“Probably when you are fearful and confused, and still, you can change yourself”

I ponder, realizing that my prayer is being answered but not in the ways I wanted

I wanted you to forgive me and bless me, Mamma, so I can go forth and

Treat you and every living being, every rock, and mineral with care

Like the care that you give me, let me be like you. “OK,” Mamma answered

Sledgehammer Grace

The Great Mysterious Muse hit me the other day with a sledgehammer

(Seems harsh but sometimes, that is what it takes...)

She said that I needed to share more, to experience more, to express more

So, I did. Then, she asked me to do more for others, and I thought she was a little

Pushy, and that I grew up pressuring myself to do more for others all of my life

So, I clenched my teeth (my hands and feet) and stood up to her and told her

That I was tired of doing for others, been doing it all my life, tired and drained now

And, she responded that perhaps all that I did for others was a result of my belief

That I was not good enough, that I was unloveable and doing for others helped me

Feel better. Couldn’t argue with that. She told me that this time and from now on

Doing for others means, doing for myself initially, that is the correct order

And once I do for myself, what I give to and share with others will be so much

More loving and sweet and kind, and that only when I learn to be gentle with myself

Can I be gentle with those others out there who also need human love and care

I couldn’t argue with that, so I accepted her request and life has now transformed

Divine Disruption

'Kali Ma, Green Tara, White Buffalo Calf Woman

Mary Magdalene, and all other goddesses

Open our hearts so that we can receive the healings you offer us

Help us disconnect from our human pasts so that we can revel in

The present, and become authentic in our everyday lives

Your divine disruptions create challenges for us all

And sometimes we are blind to the lessons available to us

Or to the circumstances that arise especially when ghastly

Even when the walls seem to be crumbling

Please clear our eyes so that we may see through and fully

As we forgive ourselves and all others

We outgrow our sufferings

Recalibrating spiritually and mystically

Knowing little about the pathways before us

Guided by your hands of strength and truth

Bless us in our human forms so that we may create

Better vessels for these enormous souls we house

Today and every day, we give thanks'

In Your Mercy

Please be with us as we venture forward

Bring us wild peace as we juggle

Our worldly concerns with your divine bounty

You abundant grace and your love

Fill us with your mercy and wisdom so that we can

Learn to decrease our impulses to judge, arising

From our fear and anger toward others unlike ourselves

We know that we are mostly frightened of

Differentness and sometimes seek to destroy it

Let us become more compassionate, loving beings

Embracing those whom we know and even

Those we may not know so well

Help us have the courage and power to end

All wars and violent outbursts that reflect our

Darkest shadows and traumas

Inflicting upon others what has happened to us

Bring us beauty, rain, storms, and all the fullness of

This human life, assisting us in becoming better stewards

Of Mother Nature, our planet, our people and

All of the beings who live upon it or inside it

Through the Dark Glass

We come to this earth as little bodies

Embodying Big Spirit and our souls

We come to grow and become

Problem solvers and figure out how

This human world works

We also come to heal any tiny or

Monstrous traumas, abuse or neglect

Inflicted upon us or our ancestors

By this world

By circumstances and by other humans

Who may be trying to do their best themselves

Once we begin to heal, then we see

Through the dark glass more clearly

We begin to learn how to receive as

Well as to give to others

We delight in our abundance and love

Once we are nourished we can

Give even more to the world

And to each other

And to ourselves

Loving all that is

In Grace”

Change

We can almost not believe our luck

In living on this planet at this time

A time of great chaos and concern

Along with a great time of change

A time of transformation from this sweet ole world

To a New World full of possibilities and hope

Many feel (and are) tormented by the outer edges and

Even the mainstream of human behaviors

Our leaders and so many others

Acting so greedy, corrupt with lies

Dripping off their tongues with ease and

Perhaps even unconsciousness about what

They are doing to so many oppressed peoples

To so many blessed peoples and to

Themselves and to our beautiful planet

Hard to trust in anything or anyone with

All that going on so vividly, daily, moment by moment

On our phones, on the news, on TV and

Reflected in every part of our cultures

What to do? many wonder

I offer what I have learned lately

More intimately than ever before

Take some time, slow down

From your current rat race

Stop and keep still long enough

To witness your life with a bird’s eye view

Your human history, your genetic and

Ancestral history, and realize perhaps for

The first time that you are an innocent being

Who has struggled with human issues all of your life

(As is normal for humans to do)

And now, perhaps it is time to focus internally

Letting go of the past and surrendering to present life

While also allowing spirits, guides, and community

(Human and other)

To assist you and bring your more peace and joy

Than you have ever had a chance to know

Although this process can take years of noticing

Developing and growing through transformative

Meditative and guided experiences

What else is more important

Than re-discovering your Soul and its blueprint

Increasing your ability to love and be loved

While you still put food on the table at night

And wander about your days with more ease and

Security, comfort and contentment

Than ever before?

I currently live in this process and

I hope you can, too

Both shared their love with me and many others

In almost every piece of music I hear

Playing wailing and jazzy tunes

The blues, soul music

My father played woodwinds

Especially the sax

Without words, my parents showed me

Channeling energy

Every moment of every day

Breathing in and out

Absorbing and reflecting

Opening up the spinal column

Letting the bright white light

Flow in through our heads and

Up through our feet

The darkness of the soil

Meets bright white light

Becoming an amazing color of

Magenta

A divine trick illustrating how

Mixing colors and skins can

Transform into beautiful shades

Stirring together values and beliefs

One and one does not equal

Two but becomes an abundance of

Progeny being born

Producing wild and incredible

Colors that clash and merge

Spinning and splashing

Together

Look at all of the colors of

The wheel, all the strands

The textures, depths and

Tones as they flow down

Into and all around

Our bodies, minds and hearts

Mixing with our own blood

Our mucus, muscles, bones

And all organs immersed in liquid

Fluids, giving us shape and form

Settling down and relaxing

Into gravity and also surging out

Into space as we float above and

Beyond our Selves

Turning our heads back to

Witness the stream of

Colors in our wake

Like the tail of a comet

We venture forth, opening

To the new

Then sailing down

In a focused plunge to

Dive into Water and

Into the crust of Mother Earth

To see how we blend

How we are held

How we hold others

A splash of paints

All belonging

Together

Savage Divinity

Roaring

Awakening

Glowing

Leading

Gathering

Sharing

Blessing

Feeling the burn

Of suffering taking place

The divine spark

Once again ignites

Through a new ritual

Letting go of control

Letting go of sorrow

And despair

Letting go of thoughts

Mind, ego, achievement

Releasing all rationality

To the winds of change

The storm causes

Disaster

Clears the path

For the opening of hearts

More Love than was ever

Experienced before

Surrendering all thoughts

Of attachments and binding

Knotty, tangled relationships

Knowing

We do not own or possess

Any thing at all

We are given gifts

We receive blessings

No more victimization

No more perpetration

No more blame and shame

No more heavily laden guilt

To bend our shoulders

And weigh us down

With the burdens of

This world

Instead, we rejoice as we

Impale ourselves

On the spear of

Bright white light

Wiping out all stains

All beliefs of sin

And disgust

Judgment and pride

Empty at last

While never feeling

Alone again

Wild Peace

Shimmering

Rippling

Vibrating

No you or me

No separation

Between each other

And the Divine

This is Wild Peace

Peace which needs no understanding

Wildness beyond measure

Allowing the spirit of Grace

To move within, outside,

And all around us

The rhythm of Wild Peace

Is the bass line

The heartbeat inside us

And throughout the universe

Strumming strongly yet gently

Always present underneath

All other sacrificial sounds

While chaos enacts its dynamics

Disturbing our resilient calm

We witness, we watch our world

We may even participate

By dipping our toes

Into the playground of humanity

And then, diving in and throughout

Past humanity’s edge

Further into the deep, hallowed

Waters of our souls and into

Sacred Space and Time

Bubbling all around us

We breathe, we race

To be at one with

To be inside the circle

Rainbows of light

Expanding from the cosmos

All the way down

Into our moon tides

Into our wiggling toes

We reach out

Drawing down the bright white deep

Receiving these gifts

That set us on fire

We explode into

Stardust once again

Shedding our skins

Entering the New World

In different forms and shapes

Energies being born

Transformed

Awakened

Now

I see you

Do you see me?

Floating around

Ecstatically?

Healy: Healing with Frequency Vibration

Artist: zhang-kaiyv-yCbJXoeZuTM-unsplash (1).jpg

As we suffer and perhaps as we age, we seek to find any kind of method, medicine, or practice that may help us find relief from suffering along with encouraging excellent health and well-being. We have read self help books, we have attended some psychotherapy sessions, we may have also tried meditation or medication. But, nothing so far has seemed to offer us a scientific and magical way to transform our bodies and lives consistently.

After psychotropic medications started years ago, many people have benefited because these medications can change brain chemicals in such a way as to relieve some distress, decrease anxiety, and improve people’s moods. But, these types of prescribed medicines don’t help all of the people all of the time, and some medicines have so many side effects, that they create new problems.

We also hoped that psychedelics and ketamine would provide answers to some of our distress, and research has proven that some psychedelics do help many people: offering relief from long term depression along with assisting people who have PTSD, addictions, and other compulsive behaviors. Some people also benefit spiritually with psychedelics if the proper preparation, guidance, setting, and integration are parts of their practices. These are powerful medicines and not everyone can take them due to some medical or psychiatric issues. Also, psychedelics are mostly illegal in the U.S. which may change in time.

Now, along comes another amazing methodology for healing: the Healy device, and the Healy community. The device was founded by a physicist and an investor who came together to do research, explore, and create a marvelous technological tool that works along with our bodies to heal themselves. What an amazing, tiny machine! I, myself, have discontinued 3 long term medications because I don’t need them anymore since I began using Healy. My life has expanded and improved tremendously!

There is much history in the past century or so about using frequencies to heal all sorts of health problems, and physicians have used vibrational tools for many types of medical services. Now, the founders of Healy have created a device that sends micro-currents into our bodies, offering healing at the cellular level to assist our bodies in dealing with so many sorts of conditions and pains. The Healy device contains hundreds of programs that address everything from physical, emotional, and spiritual distress to helping skin, feet, circulation, joints, and all sorts of other issues.

A creatively fit coach, mentor and friend first told me about Healy. I can be skeptical about some forms of healing that I don’t understand, but this technique and technology make so much sense. I won’t describe here all the scientific details about how this device works, but you can find lots of data by googling, “Healy,” and watching videos, reading, and listening to speakers talk about the science.

What I want to share is that this amazing little device works! Like supersonic meditation, the Healy offers a regular routine of connecting 2 electrodes to our wrists (although some types of Healy devices work without electrodes), which send out micro-currents that assist us in healing ourselves. Think about how music can soothe us, excite us, and create all sorts of moods and feelings. So, too, with Healy and frequencies. We set intentions and we allow Healy to do its job, sending these frequencies and raising our vibrations. Healy founders and users all hope that Healy can change our world, one person at a time, and I believe that this transformation has already begun.

Can you imagine a world where many people connect to a powerful source of healing routinely, a practice without strenuous effort, one that offers support, compassion and waves of wellness traveling throughout our bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits? We can be working, exercising, or doing anything while wearing the Healy device briefly each day.

This is the future of medicine, the way of self help. This is the path of the shaman, the mystic, and those who believe intuitively that we can bring heaven to earth by healing ourselves. Why? Because our healing becomes as source of light, love, and compassion that we share with everyone we meet. We want to shout out the news that suffering can be diminished and that joy is possible for everyone.

Pie in the sky? Perhaps so. Why not give Healy a try after you do some research? Come and enter into a global community, a healing circle that offers love and support to each and every member.
